Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and project description. Organisation and type of support are optional. Direct emails may include similar information. Please do not send patient information or confidential study documents through the website.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Where applicable, this supports legitimate interests in handling business enquiries or steps you request before entering a contract. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and retention
FormSubmit processes form submissions and emails them to Stephanie’s Porkbun-hosted mailbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Closed enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted from Continuity’s mailbox within two months of closure. Active discussions are retained while needed. Client, contract and other records needed for legal obligations follow separate retention arrangements. Website hosting and email providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.
Continuity is based in the United States. Your enquiry is handled there, and service providers may process information in other countries.

Email Stephanie with privacy questions or requests about your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to its use, or obtain a portable copy. Requests are considered under the law that applies; these rights are not identical in every jurisdiction.
