Meet the founder
Stephanie Elston
I’m Stephanie Elston, founder of Continuity Research Consulting. My background is in clinical research operational leadership and trial management, with more than ten years in clinical trials and seven years running the operations of a clinical trials unit within one of Europe’s largest specialist soft-tissue sarcoma centres.
Through Continuity, I work directly with researchers, lead investigators and clinical teams who need experienced support to develop a study, manage its delivery or resolve an operational challenge.

I have managed the operations of a complex portfolio of commercial and academic oncology studies, with hosted trial experience from Phase I, including first-in-human studies, through Phase III. Alongside this, I managed an international translational research programme for six years, from inception through grant delivery and expansion across 12 sites in the UK and Europe.
